WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED: Full- or part-time law students who have completed at least one full semester of legal study by the application deadline. SLIP hires who will intern while still a law student must have begun their second year of law school at the time of Appointment. In addition, graduating law students who are entering a full-time judicial clerkship, graduate law program, or qualifying fellowship may intern following law school graduation subject to eligibility rules.
